Where Does Consulting CTO Come In?

My business specializes in CTO-level services to small and emerging companies.  I have spent many years both as a full-time employee of, and a consultant to, such companies.  I have lived through these challenges over and over; before, during, and after the dot-com bubble.  I have seen what works and what doesn't work.  And seen why the same thing may work in one situation but not in the next.

I bring that experience to my clients.  My goal is to bring my clients whatever help is needed to ensure their success by

• working with an existing CTO or VP to solve problems, create processes, move projects, or help with whatever is frustrating them most,
• working with senior management to create or turnaround a technology organization including helping to attract and hire a full-time technology leader,
• working with senior management to prepare for technical due diligence meetings with potential investors, or
• working with investors to evaluate and support the technology organizations of their existing or potential portfolio companies.
